Personal Statement
I am passionate about helping individuals and families work through the struggles that we all face in our interpersonal dynamics. From conflict with in-laws, friends and family members to co-parenting stress and everything in between, I have a deep desire to help walk alongside you in these challenging relationships and learn to have peace and lovingly create boundaries.
The experiences of an individual matter, and I am deeply invested in helping you grow in the areas that you desire to strengthen.
I am honoring of all worldviews and will provide a safe environment to explore all topics. Additionally, I am equipped to provide specific Christian Counseling if that is an approach you desire.
My years as a wife, single parent, homeschooling family and working individual has given me a wide spectrum of personal experiences. Through this journey I am honored to be at a place as an intern at Emery Counseling to walk with you through your life journey. I am a current student at Colorado Christian University and I have an anticipated graduation date with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling of December 2026.
Counseling Perspective
Previously I have worked with couples through the Prepare and Enrich program to help build a strong relational base as well as strengthen their future relationship. I utilize a client centered approach and enter each session with an openness to understand your personal values and goals. Working to create goals and a treatment plan that will enrich your life.
I believe we are all capable of finding peace, and working through various means you can achieve those goals. Bringing an array of different techniques to align your body, thoughts and spirit.
You are an individual who is of incredible value, and I will create an environment where you can find yourself and heal the wounds that are holding you captive.
It would be an honor to walk with you through this growth process.

Couples Counseling in Northern Colorado
One of my favorite activities is to be outdoors, whether that is spending time in the mountains camping, walking in the woods or by the ocean. Being outside brings me incredible joy.
For indoor activities, I love quilting, sewing and crafting of any kind! I have had the honor to homeschool my children since 2015.
